Mr. White concentrates his practice on the representation of hospitals, physicians, other health care providers and various health-related entities on transactional, regulatory and operational matters.He has counseled clients on operational and contractual issues; HIPAA and corporate compliance; medical staff issues; compliance with antitrust, fraud and abuse and Stark; patient rights; joint ventures; and third-party payor negotiations.Previously, Mr. White was Associate Counsel at the Office of University Counsel at SUNY Upstate Medical University.He has also served on a hospital Ethics Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors for a DME corporation and the corporate parent of a health care delivery system.
