Gellerson asked Paul White, the CEO, what the ORC's workload is now?
    ...
Paul said he felt the ORC will go quickly and he is helping them understand the components of the ordinance. He hopes the structure will be drafted in the next two weeks as well as the space standards.Within three months time he feels the zoning, subdivision, and shore land package will be available to look at.
    ...
Andy said the council has a letter from Dick and Paul concerning this issue.
    ...
The town manager said that Paul has hit part of the issue, in that, the role of ORC was intended to craft the ordinances which are passed to the council.
    ...
Dick suggested that Paul and he work out some type of a schedule and respond to both committees with a suggestion of how to tie this all together.
    ...
Gellerson said that Dick and Paul should make a recommendation as to the next action.
    ...
Paul said that he disagrees and that they need a recommendation from the Planning Board.
    ...
They would work with Paul and Dick and with the attorney's assistance, write the ordinances. The review part is done upfront.
    ...
Paul said that the ORC is not writing the ordinances.
    ...
Paul said he is writing the ordinances, but the ORC is reviewing them.
    ...
Paul is the direct staff member of that committee.
    ...
Paul said that they are working through the process of the ordinances. He is currently e mailing the board. He suggested making any comments to him or to ORC members.Paul said he didn't know how important it is right now to change the process. He hears that the PB doesn't have the time.Maybe in the future we could look at changing the structure of the PB.He said his experience is going to reflect in the ordinances.
    ...
Andy said that earlier, the CEO said that it would be accomplished in a few months and now Paul says in a few months we'll see what it might look like.
    ...
Leigh asked Mitch about the possibility of Paul and Dick working together on the ordinances.
    ...
Dick said if Paul could find the time they could write these quickly. The problem is then that they have to go through all of the committees, which could be months. The CEO asked the board members if any of them had read the e mails which he sent them.He asked for them all to read the e mails and give feedback.Paul said that the ORC is different now.
