TOPEKA, KS - Carwash Owner Mark White has established two new locations which meet the design and standards for franchise qualification for the Spot-Not Car Wash company.
According to a recent Spot-Not newsletter, the carwashes were built in Topeka, KS, in the 1980s just prior to the development of the Spot-Not Car Wash franchise system.
