Les White became my personal life coach during one of the most devastating times of my life.Previous to starting coaching, for two months, I was falling apart, unable to cope with the major life-changes I was being faced with not knowing how I would survive or move on.I went to see Les White and he immediately suggested that we begin coaching.

Right from the beginning, the compassion, stability, strength, and sense of humor that radiated from him began to turn me around, to see that life was not hopeless after all; indeed, life is good and something to be cherished.Over the next several months we met and talked and he continued to show me that there was much for me to look forward to!As I continued through the emotional struggle of divorce and leaving the island that had been my home for 21 years, he constantly provided me with the strength I needed to survive the difficult transitions, through not only thoughtful and meaningful words, but also through concrete suggestions of activities I could -and did!- engage in to help ease my heart, mind and soul.He has continued to help me to this day, with phone calls and emails, and I still have many suggestions that he made, written down and taped to my mirror as a constant reminder to me of hoping and coping thoughts and actions.

Through my coaching sessions with Les White, have learned to identify and accept the varying roles of individuals who enter my life.I have also learned to put my faith in God the almighty with certainty that he will never steer me wrong.
