The memorial design, again with Keith White as architect, presented elements that recognized events, the geographic location and the presence of so many military organizations, men and women.

The memorial, which was designed by Keith White of Bullock-Tice Associates, includes three bronze statues in a circular pavilion.

Keith White of Bullock Tice Associates has been promoted to associate.

White is a graduate of Florida A&M University and has recently completed all architectural testing and registration requirements in which he received licensure for the State of Florida.He has more than five years of design and project experience with Bullock Tice Associates.

White also serves as technology strategist for Bullock Tice Associates, where he works to promote the use of digital design tools and media within the company.
