About Kay
Kay specialises in competitive advantage through sustainable development and is currently pursuing PhD and research opportunities in these fields.As a member of faculty, her primary role in 2007 is Director of MBA Projects and Careers.
Having completed the Ashridge MBA programme with Distinction, she was also awarded the KPMG MBA Project Excellence Award for her MBA project.Kay has worked as an investment banker with JP Morgan; worked in equity sales and research with DLJ (now CSFB); and served as VP and Fund Manager of CAHEC, in the US.Kay has also served on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Sustainable Enterprise at Kenan-Flagler Business School, and the Base of the Pyramid Learning Lab, a sustainable business think-tank now at Cornell's Johnson School of Management.
