Jonathan White was recently named Chief Operating Officer of Mezz Cap.Mr. White was previously a Managing Director of Securitization & Portfolio Management at the company.

Since joining Mezz Cap in March 2003, Mr. White has been in charge of managing the company's mortgage loan portfolio and securitization due diligence process, responsibilities he will retain in his new role as Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. White has more than 17 years of commercial real estate finance experience, including over ten years in the commercial and multifamily mortgage securitization field.

Jonathan is a resident of Raytown , Missouri , along with his wife Amber, and two small children McKenna & Chandler.Currently, Jonathan is the Systems Manager at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel in Overland Park , Kansas . Aside from trying to keep up with the two kids, Jonathan still manages to play his guitar(s) whenever he gets a moment.He jumped at the chance to highlight a tiny glimpse of the many voices he has captured to entertain friends & children.He hopes to take his guitar playing to "the next level" someday, but right now is having a blast enjoying his family.

Mr. White joined Mezz Cap in March 2003 to manage Mezz Cap's mortgage loan portfolio and oversee the due diligence process on the firm's securitizations.In July 2005, Mr. White was named Mezz Cap's Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. White brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his role, including 13 years of commercial and multifamily securitization experience.

Immediately prior to joining Mezz Cap, Mr. White was a Principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he was responsible for managing the due diligence process on Prudential's commercial mortgage securitizations.While at Prudential, Mr. White managed ten transactions totaling approximately $4.2 billion.

Before joining Prudential, Mr. White worked for ten years at Freddie Mac in its multifamily division, including three years in its Structured Transactions group, where he was responsible as transaction manager for several multifamily securitizations.
