Jennifer White

Ms. White is a study director within MSI's Healthcare division.Jennifer has over ten years experience in managing a wide variety of health care organization research initiatives for clients.At MSI, her responsibilities encompass the entire research process including questionnaire development, report writing and data analysis, conducting qualitative research, and managing the day-to-day operations of projects.Jennifer is involved in a wide range of survey research applications that include discrete choice conjoint studies, segmentation projects, awareness studies, customer satisfaction research, impact analyses, concept and brand testing, IT planning and strategy analyses, and product development.

Prior to joining MSI, Ms. White was employed by Vector Research where she worked with health care clients and government health care agencies in the management and analysis of large datasets.Ms. White received her BA in economics and political science from Kalamazoo College and her masters in public policy (MPP) from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
