With 25 years of banking experience, White has held a variety of management positions in finance, operations and information technology.

White began his tenure at Texas Capital Bank as senior vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis.He also played a key role in the successful launch of BankDirect, the Internet banking subsidiary of Texas Capital Bank.He currently oversees the information technology, deposit, loan, treasury management, branch and Internet banking operations of the Bank.

Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, White was a senior consultant to Fiserv Corporation, where he consulted on profitability, asset liability management and information systems to financial institutions throughout the United States, Mexico, South America and the Middle East.

During the course of his career, White managed the profitability measurement and analysis function for Bank One, Texas.He also led numerous re-engineering efforts related to the consolidation of operational areas as a result of mergers and acquisitions.

White holds a bachelor's of science degree from the University of North Texas in business and control systems.
