UK organisations are now recognising that in order to access EU funds, they need to consider collaboration with overseas groups; something Cath Whelan, Funding Finders managing director, says is beneficial for the sectors both here and over the Channel.

"Britain has 20 years' experience of managing EU funded projects and this in itself, is becoming a valuable intellectual commodity that could provide a source of income for voluntary organisations", she said.
