    Traci Wells is Senior Manager, Organizational Learning at Rogers Communications Inc.Traci manages a team of 15 internal and external resources to provide learning and development opportunities to Roger's employees across the organization.Her team provides learners with access to both Instructor Led and Online development programs.The team is responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development options for all levels of employees.Traci began her career with Rogers more than 12 years ago.Starting in the Call Centre as an Accounts Receivable Consultant she worked in multiple departments and lines of businesses in the last 8 years.Five years ago she joined the HR team under the Organizational Development banner in the position of Management Consultant/Facilitator and was responsible for the development of the "Managing Matters" program in 2007.In 2008, Traci was promoted to the position of Senior Manager, Organizational Learning.Traci has certificates in Adult Education and Strategic HR Management and continues to add to her educational background through Continuous Education programs at the University of Toronto and Ryerson University.She found her passion in Learning and Development and appreciates the daily opportunity to work with people and share knowledge.
