  In 2007 Zac moved, with colleague Murray Wells, to set up the new Corporate Department at Callaghans, predominantly focussing on all aspects of Corporate Finance, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, Management Buyouts (MBOs), Management Buy Ins (MBIs), private equity investment, debt investment, venture capitalist funding and investment and re-organisations.Zac's mergers and acquisitions work has included a number of cross border transactions involving the USA.
  
  In addition he provides general commercial advice and assists with general commercial arrangements.General work includes but is not limited to general terms and conditions of businesses for established and start up businesses.Zac also acts for main stream banks on general due diligence and financial assistance white wash procedures.He continues to advise on non-contentious employment matters for both employees and employers.

  Murray trained as a solicitor with a large firm in Kent. On qualification he specialised in Corporate and Commercial work and joined Sheridans as Head of Corporate in 2000, negotiating and implementing corporate deals for entertainment and media clients, including leading the corporate department on Robbie Williams' ground breaking deal and joint venture with EMI. He also established and developed a successful new office for Sheridans in Surrey, providing a legal and business advisory service to all business sectors.

In addition, Murray acts for a variety of private and public companies (in the UK and US), venture capitalists, private and public banks as well as clients and individuals from the entertainment and private sectors.
