MIKE WELLS: Operations ManagerMike grew up in the southeast and received his bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.He gained his early interest in woodworking while apprenticing in an antique furniture and restoration shop during college.Mike joined Bitterroot's timber and log operation in Stevensville in 2000, starting from the bottom and working his way up to his present position as Operations Manager.He has worked in all facets of the yard's operations, running the sawmill, and preparing siding, trim, and millwork packages.
