Fletcher Wells

Our Assistant Rector, Fletcher Wells, was ordained at St. James Episcopal Church in Richmond, Virginia on December 18, 2007, along with four other priests.

We welcomed Fletcher Wells to St. George's as we celebrate those having birthdays in July, including the United States of America.

Fletcher is a 2003 graduate (B.S. in Chemistry) of James Madison University and a 2007 graduate from Virginia Theological Seminary.Fletcher was ordained deacon on June 16, 2007.He spent his formative years growing up in Springfield and was active at St. Andrew's in Burke, where Percy Grant (now Assistant to Bishop Lee for Youth) was his leader and mentor.
