Marion Weisgerber is a Certified Financial Planner® with over 34 years experience in the financial services industry. She is on the board of the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners as past Chair and founding Director, of which she served as Chair in 2006-2007. Marion is also a member of the Public Legal Education Association (PLEA), the Sask CU Wealth User Group and Sask Chapter of CIFPs, and is currently serving as a member of the Government and Regulatory Committee of CIFPS to promote regulation and clarify financial planning nationwide. Since she began her career, she has worked in the areas of ag, consumer and residential lending; as a mutual fund and investment specialist; and served as a Branch Compliance Officer for mutual funds prior to specializing in financial planning.
