Mr. Weiner co-founded TIRBINE Systems, Inc. in October of 2001.He brings to the organization a unique view of running a corporation as well as the technical expertise to help implement the guidelines for an IRB program.He's worked on several different data management systems, which include work for CalPERS State Retirement Agency, Chase Home Inspection Group, and McClatchy Insurance Group.On each of these projects he has served as the primary group leader and has seen the success of these systems in supporting their organizations.
