  Weiner will be responsible for the growth of TMC's leading brands online and in print. He will also develop strategies and identify new areas of opportunity for TMC. In addition, he will focus on helping TMC clients leverage the tremendous community-building infrastructure TMC has developed over the past decade to reach their marketing goals.
  
  Weiner joins TMCnet following a successful tenure at Penton Media. His most recent position was Group Publisher where he was responsible for the corporate real estate and finance group which encompassed five brands with products ranging from print magazines to webinars and events. Other roles at Penton Media included Publisher of the Business Finance technology group, leading to Group Publisher. Weiner started at Penton as an Eastern Sales Manager of Business Finance Magazine. In addition to publishing responsibilities, Weiner began his career at Penton Media in 2002.
  
  Previous to Penton Media, Weiner was Director, Advertising sales of Yahoo! Music / Launch.com. In this role he sold online, CD-ROM and custom advertising packages as well as concert series sponsorships. Weiner also worked at CMP Media in the Financial Technology Network, prior to joining Yahoo/Launch.com.
  
  Weiner graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science.
