Matt Weiner will dive deeper into the Adaptive Infrastructure Maturity Model (AIMM) assessment and explore the five stages of readiness for the Cloud. Matt will also discuss the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Capacity Planner and provide an example of the dramtic return on investment that VDI can bring. Finally, Matt will describe the benfits of upgrading to vShere 4, how to perform a VDI Proof-of-Concept, and discuss Nth Generation's many migration services.

Executive Biography Matthew Weiner came to Nth Generation in 2006 as a Project Manager. Working with some of Nth's largest clients, including Élan Pharmaceuticals, Mattel and Vivendi, Matthew has successfully managed projects on-time and within scope. In 2007 Matthew became Nth Generation's Practice Manager for Virtualization. As a part of this new role Matthew has developed many of Nth's Virtualization services and ensures that Nth Engineers are always trained in the latest virtualization products. Matthew continues to review virtualization market trends to make sure Nth is able to provide its clients the best options for server and desktop virtualization.

Matthew currently holds a PMP certification (Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute - PMI), is ITIL Foundation Certified and holds a MSBA degree in Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University.
