Marvin H. Weiner has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Vice Chair, Controller, Assistant Controller of the Board of Directors, and President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Congregation. Marvin is currently a member of the Joint Leadership Committee and has previously chaired the Computer Committee, the Israel Bond Campaign, The Office Review Committee and the Development Office Review Committee for the Congregation. He is a Past President of the Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School Board of Trustees, a member of its Executive Committee and has served in the past as Vice President of the School and Chair of the School Finance Committee. Marvin and his family sponsor the Annual Weiner Basketball Tournament held each year to honor the memory of Marvin’s late father, Joseph Weiner.

Last June, Rabbi Wohlberg and Marvin Weiner, president of Beth Tfiloh, announced that the chapel would be closed and services there discontinued.

Two weeks ago, on June 16, Rabbi Mitchell Wohlberg and Marvin Weiner, Beth Tfiloh Synagogue's spiritual leader and president, respectively, met with a group of people who have been attending services at the congregation's Glyndon campus.
