Ari Weinberger is a Senior Vice President at Shattuck Hammond Partners assisting in the firm's real estate investment banking activities including single asset and portfolio dispositions, sale/leasebacks, synthetic leases, and raising both debt and equity capital.

Prior to joining Shattuck Hammond Partners LLC, Mr. Weinberger was an associate at Merrill Lynch in the Debt Markets group working in structured finance.His primary responsibilities included the management of the firm's $18 billion asset based finance portfolio.He was also involved in the creation and execution of four credit default swaps on a $24 billion pool of mortgages and structuring a $50 million term loan to a national real estate private equity fund.

Mr. Weinberger began his real estate career at HIGroup, a boutique investment bank based in Chicago, where he was involved in the disposition of over $1 billion in commercial real estate assets across multiple asset classes.In addition, he was involved in raising equity for private real estate companies and restructuring non-performing mortgages.

Mr. Weinberger received his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in analytical finance and accounting and was awarded the Chookaszian Prize for Risk Management.He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago with dual majors in Economics and Political Science.
