Scott is a graduate of the University of Florida's School of Building Construction where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction.As Director of Business Development, Scott is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities in R.R. Simmons' target markets.Having a strong background in Operations and Preconstruction, Scott is able to provide valuable input and feedback to our clients.By using his extensive field experience, he is able to suggest quicker and more efficient ways to achieve a desired goal through his constructability reviews and value engineering abilities.Having been formerly trained in architectural design, Scott constantly weighs the balance between efficiency, cost and design intent to make sure that true value is being added.This ability has provided tremendous value to the clients of the projects with which he has been associated.
