Rolling Hills principal Bimal Patel , a native Northern Kentuckian who previously worked for Blue Ash-based Winegardner & Hammons Inc., which operates the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast and Lexington-based Home-Towne Suites , would share few details of the pending deal.Patel founded Rolling Hills in 2005; the firm owns and manages a LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Florence and Red Roof Inn in Lexington.A Homewood Suites is under construction near the airport, a Holiday Inn Express planned for Richwood and a yet-to-be-named hotel under development at the Dayton airport.

"The overall access, visibility and location to the core companies in town was a home run for him," Weidner said.

Cincinnati, OH - January 22, 2008 - Jordan Weidner, Office Property Specialist at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), is one of only 50 applicants selected to attend the 2008 C-Change Leadership Program for young professionals.The program is part of the Greater Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce's efforts to work with young leaders.

Weidner joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2006 and works with the company's Hartmann-Ryan team.He assists the team with their listing and tenant representation assignments.In his first year with Colliers, Weidner received the 2006-2007 Office Deal of the Year award from the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), a commercial real estate trade association.

Mr. Weidner holds a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University.In addition to serving as a mentor at inner-city schools with the Winners Walk Tall program, he is a member of the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Club and the Cincinnati Board of Realtors.Weidner is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
