   Austin Wei Austin Wei is the firm's creative lead, responsible for all graphical presentations and user interfaces in its projects. Additionally, his technical skills make him an invaluable participant in all aspects of development. With a unique blend of creative, design and technical abilities, Austin is a major contributor at bigwheel.
   
   Austin most recently served as lead web design engineer for FreeScholarships.com, where he played a major role in front-end user interface design, back-end programming as well as establishing and maintaining the general look and feel of the site. Prior to FreeScholarships, Austin was creative director of The Y Group, where he created graphic and layout designs for a variety of clients. Also, he was a graphic designer and new media designer for ZigZag.Net, responsible for the print and online graphic design projects. Austin holds a bachelor's degree in design of the environment from the University of Pennsylvania.
