  TimeCraft's OCV uses variable derating factors that minimize delay overhead, Wei said, so "you see fewer timing violations in your timing report.You can fix timing . . . and achieve timing closure" more easily.
  
  The variable derating takes both logic levels and location into account.Each path can be given a different derating factor.
  
  TimeCraft does not have a multiple-corner capability, but it does offer multitasking, Wei said.
