Denver police and the FBI received tips from people at a recent bank robbery.Relatives contacted by investigators apparently tipped off Hamilton, who then went into hiding, Wehrly said.

Wehrly also said the assistance of Summit County's law enforcement agencies was crucial in apprehending Hamilton.

The FBI is also aware of Rogalski's allegation against Debt-Set, said Special Agent Dot Wehrly, a spokeswoman for the bureau in Denver.The FBI is soliciting any other complaints that people have against the business, Wehrly said.

There was a dispute on the plane that had to do with a passenger being served liquor, said Dot Wehrly, spokeswoman for the FBI's Denver office.

Wehrly said that not many details are available at this point, but that her understanding was that the dispute did not get physical.If it had happened on the ground, it could have been considered disorderly conduct, she said.

By the time the plane landed, the dispute apparently was under control, she said.

"Many times we can't release information right away because of the ongoing investigation," said Dot Wehrly, spokeswoman for the FBI in Denver.
