    Sue Wehrli, owner of Wehrli World Travel in Naperville, has been informing her clients about the new regulation since last fall.She said she won't book a trip for anyone outside the country if they don't have a passport.

    "For security reasons, the U.S. government has made a very wise decision," she said.
