  Lynn Wehrli recently joined the Tax Credit Allocation Committee in Sacramento, following 13 years as Director of Housing Development for the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority.She served as lead underwriter and managed bond issues, while developing rental finance production from zero to over $110 million in subsidy dollars annually.In New Mexico Ms. Wehrli established and operated the state's HOME Investment Partnership, Tax Credit, Risk Sharing Construction and Permanent Loan and Mark-to-Market programs, as well as several local initiatives.The latter included New Mexico's Native American Housing Initiatives program, that produced several of the first Housing Tax Credit projects on Native American Trust Lands.
  
  Prior to her work in New Mexico Lynn served as Director of Equity Finance at The Community Builders in Boston and as a Loan Officer for Community Preservation Corporation in New York City.Ms. Wehrli holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University, a master's degree from MIT in Urban Planning and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.She has served actively on numerous boards of directors, and taught courses in housing development and finance at the University of New Mexico from time to time.
