    Not all projects are languishing, however.

    Wehrli advised infill developer Regis Homes last fall when the company was getting ready to start selling the SoCap Lofts on R Street.He told the company to be aggressive on pricing, and Regis took that advice to heart, pricing the units $30,000 below even his suggested starting point.They're selling in the high $300,000 to low $400,000 range.

    "Pricing has become very aggressive," Wehrli said.
