Mr. Buddy Wehlitz

Buddy Wehlitz, Chief Operating Officer.In addition to serving the Company as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wehlitz is President and Chairman of Optimation Services, Inc. (OSI), with whom Efficy currently has a long standing billing arrangement.Mr. Wehlitz has over twenty two years experience in the telecom and computer industry.From 1977 through 1980, he was employed by Builder Marts of America (BMA) in their computer systems group.In 1980, Tel/Man was spun off of BMA as a telecommunications subsidiary, and Mr. Wehlitz acted in a consultative role responsible for Tel/Man's billing function, system design, call rating, system security, and computer installation process.

In 1989, Mr. Wehlitz was a founding partner in Corporate Telemanagement Group (CTG), and Vice President of their MIS Group.He played an integral part in 10 successful customer acquisitions and developed CTG's phone bill invoice software enabling end users to review bills electronically.This software design was a significant tool that helped close the purchase of CTG by LCI International in 1995 at a record multiple that still exists today.From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Wehlitz remained at LCI International as Senior Director of MIS.In 1997, Mr. Wehlitz founded OSI which is staffed with key technical and information systems professionals that created the MIS systems at CTG.

Mr. Wehlitz obtained an MBA in Finance and Statistics in 1977 from the University of Georgia and in 1975 earned a BBA in MIS and Business from the University of Georgia.
