    Ned E. Wehler, president of the Hershey consulting firm ARM Group, asserted Keystone Property Trust's plan to build 2.2 million square feet of warehousing between York and Trindle roads threatens valuable groundwater resources.

    "I have some concerns that lubricants, fuels, the contents of cargo, other fluids and substances... could produce degraded stormwater that could affect the quality of the groundwater in the aquifer," Wehler said.
