  A dynamic sales and marketing executive, Weggeman joins Millennium from ARAMARK Harrison Lodging, a Philadelphia-based provider of managed hospitality services, where he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.Previously, Weggeman spent 11 years with Dolce International, a meetings-focused hotel and resort collection, most recently as Vice President of Sales for the Americas from 2004-2005.He got his start in hospitality in 1987 at the Doral Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center in Purchase, New York.
  
  An active and involved professional, Weggeman is affiliated with numerous hospitality industry organizations, including Meeting Professionals International, Travel Industry Association, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.He has also served on the board of the International Association of Conference Centers.
  
  A native of Norwalk, CT, Weggeman, 43, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1986.
