   Bill Weeks is a Director in CapitalSource's San Francisco office where he is responsible for the origination of real estate loans and investments. With over 20 years as a commercial real estate finance professional, Mr. Weeks has extensive experience with a wide variety of senior debt, mezzanine, and equity structures involving all types of commercial and multi-family residential real estate located throughout North America.
   
   Prior to joining CapitalSource in 2006, Bill was a Director of GE Capital's Real Estate Group where his responsibilities included origination of structured loans secured by single assets and portfolios, and joint-venture equity investments. Before joining GE Capital in 2001, he was a Director/Senior Investment Officer with Heller Financial, Inc. (acquired by GE Capital), where he originated high-leverage senior and mezzanine loans for value-add properties, and CMBS loans. Prior to this he was with Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. and the Real Estate Investment Department of The Travelers.
   
   Mr. Weeks is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and is affiliated with real estate organizations including ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, MBA, CMBA, BAMA, Belden Club and SFRex.
