December 9 -- Dr Stanley Weeks, Science Applications International Corporation, will give a talk entitled "The United States and Canada in the Asia Pacific Region."

A leading American naval researcher, Dr. Stan Weeks from Science Application International Corporation (Virginia), will assess the relationship from an American perspective.Weeks has recently been commissioned by the USN to examine its relationship with each member of the NATO alliance and is willing to share the unclassified elements of his research with participants at the conference.

Stan is visiting Manila as a Senior Naval Advisor of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to deliver a speech in an international Maritime Forum.Stan also serves as an Advisor in the US-Albania Defense Modernization Team.
