  Allan Weegar, Hurst city manager, described the three separate Hurst projects: Heritage Village, the Hurst Town Center and the Bellaire Arts District.Planning has already started with these projects, but he is trying to keep the growth methodical so that the plans can be carried out.

  We are hearing from ( Lord & Taylor's ) architect people that they may do some retooling , said Allan Weegar , city manager of Hurst.They have changed their plans.I don't know if that means they're just putting it off for a while or pulling out altogether.I don't know if the economy had anything to do with this or not , but it sounds like it was a corporate decision..

  Complaints by firefighters of persistent colds led officials to check the station's air quality , prompting the discovery of the mold , City Manager Allan Weegar said.
