Miss Tamsen Marie Webb

Leon and Joyce Schill of Williamsport, along with Thomas and Wendy Webb of Alexandria, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tamsen Marie Webb, to Tommy Che Ping Tso, son of Mau and Kam Tso of Hagerstown.

Miss Webb is a 2000 graduate of Boonsboro High School and received an associate of applied science degree from Hagerstown Community College in 2002.She is employed as an elementary teacher at Gateway Christian Academy in Williamsport.
