Mr. Webb is the head of the Marine Coatings Section at the Center for Corrosion Science and Engineering at the Naval Research Laboratory where he is responsible for the testing and evaluation of corrosion control and specialty coatings for the U.S. Navy.Mr. Webb is also actively involved in polymer resin research and development and his team is currently developing rapid cure solvent free resins for corrosion control and antifouling coatings.Mr. Webb has more than ten years of experience in the coatings industry.He holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Chemistry from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
