A member of the Prolifics team since 1993, Tony Webb is the Director of Professional Service for NY/Mid-Atlantic regions, overseeing customer projects and the team of consultants. With over 25 years experience in IT, Tony has provided high-level business analysis, requirements development, detailed design and architecture, and application development services for companies such as U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Siemens Health, NationsBank (now Bank of America), Children’s Hospital, Citigroup, Oracle and AT&T.

Prior to joining Prolifics, Tony worked for Fujitsu Networks Industry and Bankers Automated Clearing Services Ltd. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education in Cardiff, Wales, U.K.

A member of the Prolifics team since 1993, Mr. Webb has been an integral part of some of the company's most strategic accounts.He has over 15 years experience doing high-level business analysis, requirements development, detailed design, development of high-end database applications and web-based applications and building architectures for mission-critical systems.

For the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Mr. Webb led the design and development of the LR2000 System, a 3-tier Web application.This system not only tracks all land leased to individuals, but also distributes tracking information to all appropriate channels of government.The system was delivered on time and on budget, within 6 months, receiving a special commendation from the Government. For Delta Health, he played the role of project manager for the development of a transactional, home healthcare system that provided real-time information for nurses and home healthcare physicians. For Oracle (Datalogix), he was instrumental in the design and development of the Sales Order Entry System for Oracle's ERP system. For NationsBank, he developed a Web-based Decision Support System for tracking efficiency of all the banking departments. For Children's Hospital, he developed a system for storing all patient records and tracking all treatments, from registration through to after-care. For AT&T, he was a designer and programmer for the Universal Card System.

Prior to joining Prolifics, Mr. Webb was Senior Software Architect of Fujitsu Networks Industry.He directed a team of five analysts/programmers in developing an integrated product set, which included electronic mail, public messaging, conferencing, text search and retrieval as well as various system and user tools.His projects included the design and coding of both the prototype and final product in JAM and C under Unix SVR4.

At the Bankers Automated Clearing Services Ltd., Mr. Webb was the development leader of a team, which created an online transaction processing service for review of account status, exception processing and communications.He also developed subsystems for data translation, validation and performance of electronic funds transfers.

Mr. Webb holds a B.S. in Computer Science from South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education in Cardiff, Wales, U.K.
