As a young lawyer, Anthony Webb is already a leader in opening doors for young kids and setting an example for his peers.Anthony Webb is Good People.

They're middle schoolers touring one of Atlanta's largest law firms.It's Lawyer For A Day at Hunton and Williams.

"The point of today is for you guys to learn, to be exposed to law firm culture, and to see what the inside of a law firm looks like,"

This is Anthony Webb's brainchild -- a young lawyer here who is passionate about reaching out to disadvantaged kids.

"You don't want kids to be a product of their environment.You want them to transcend the things that are going on around them and step up and be leaders," Webb said."You don't have to be a TV personality, you don't have to be an entertainer or a basketball player or something of that nature to be successful."

He's determined that they see a different measure of success, hoping to leave a powerful impression.

"They've worked hard, they've been focused, they've been disciplined, they've surrounded themselves with positive people and they have the chance to do the things that they're doing today," said Webb.

He is passing along the values his parents taught him.But it turns out the kids aren't the only ones soaking that in.

"Partners who are very, very busy, who bill out for just a ton of money, just because their skills are so valuable, they took the time to bring these kids in their office -- and this was impromptu.We didn't have any of this planned," Webb said.

"Everybody just feels good, everybody's just smiling, they see these kids walking around," Webb said."You just feel a sense of fulfillment.You just feel a sense that you're doing something wonderful today."

He sets the standard for those who have much to learn and those who have much to give.

Webb said success is riding on the shoulders of the experience of others.So, he hopes to have his Lawyer For A Day at least twice a year.
