Before joining Stanton Chase Asia Pacific as Search Director, Ron was CEO of Reach Management Services, an Australian-based specialist executive search organization. Ron founded this organization in 2000 and over the ensuing seven years built this consultancy on the highest principles of client and candidate care. Adopting a systematic and research-driven methodology while specializing within the banking and financial services sectors, Information Technology and investor services enabled Ron to build both brand and his profile through strategic alliances with many ASX listed organizations.

Ron brings considerable commercial acumen coupled with 12 years of industry-related exposure to Stanton Chase. He is proud to state that he has placed over 200 senior executives whilst managing Reach, accomplishing a success rate exceeding 99% with less than 1% candidate displacement. Very few of Ron's contemporaries can boast of such sustained and consistent performance. Prior to establishing Reach, Ron occupied senior positions with two leading Australian consultancies, including that of General Manager.

Ron's diversified search exposure includes investment banking plus corporate banking and his assignments have seen him take on the most senior of positions including Board appointments, CEO's, Managing Directors and General Managers, across the Asia Pacific landscape. He brings studies in Psychology (Curtin University) to the forefront of his consulting repertoire and is proud of his achievements in the area of workplace diversity.
