(Deb) Watring-Ellis is a veteran of the telecommunications and training industries with over twenty-five years of hands-on experience.Over the most recent fifteen years, Deb has focused specifically on helping clients develop effective sales and customer forces.Today, Deb is the Practice Leader for Employee Readiness at Trajectory Business Performance.
During her career at BellSouth and AT&T in the United States, Deb was recognized as an achiever.She worked successfully in a variety of positions: Systems Implementer, Systems Designer, Regional Account Manager, Methods and Procedures Developer as well as serving as a Task Force member for Equal Access and Product Management projects.Deb's vast experience in the telecommunications industry, as well as award-winning selling skills and dynamic personality combined to create a reputation as a widely recognized subject matter expert, speaker, and team leader.In 1986, she founded Watring & Associates, Inc. - an international marketing support company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with operations in Canada and Brazil.Deb's visionary leadership and commitment to collaboration inspired the team of over forty consultants known for delivering high quality, innovative projects that produced measurable results.Her clients included Nortel Networks, all of the incumbent telcos in both Canada and the US, MCI/Worldcom, Sprint (in the US) and many new entrants in North and South America.
Deb began working with the Edge Interactive team in 1999 and in 2003 the two companies combined to form Trajectory.
