Rhonda Watlington

Rhonda Watlington has a wide range of experiences from US Naval Officer, Engineer, Arena Manager to Store Manager in the grocery industry.In her current role, she is the Project Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at Food Lion, LLC.Rhonda works in Supplier Diversity, Diversity Training, Supporting and searching for events that celebrate diversity and the business case for Food Lion.

Rhonda holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and a master's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.In addition to work, Rhonda is a writer and is currently working on a novel.
