CHICAGO - October 15, 2008 - Chicago-based law firm Much Shelist announced the addition of Kurt M. Carlson as an Equity Principal and Martin J. Wasserman as an Associate in the Creditors' Rights, Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice group.

Wasserman, who concentrates his practice on commercial bankruptcy and litigation matters, advises clients on loan workouts, debtor-in-possession issues, receiverships and other areas related to business reorganizations.
He regularly prepares and files motions, and has successfully conducted and defended deposition sessions involving litigation under the Uniform Commercial Code and other commercial matters.
