Lance Warren > Operations ManagerLance Warren, Operations Manager, is responsible for FlightWorks daily Part 91 and Part 135 operations.He manages a professional team of dispatchers who schedule crew, flight follow aircraft, arrange all crew accommodations, arrange and coordinate international flights, and coordinate complete trip processing.Mr. Warren is also responsible for annual negotiations and management of the firm's multi-million gallon fuel purchases.Prior to joining FlightWorks, Mr. Warren was employed as Dispatch Manager for Corporate Aircraft Partners.He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Aerospace Degree majoring in Flight Dispatch and Scheduling.He holds an FAA Private Pilots license with instrument rating and is an FAA licensed dispatcher.
