Lesley Ward Lesley has received extensive hands-on training in health education and nutrition. Her background includes teaching group classes in weight management, counseling patients with diabetes, and leading movement workshops. She worked several years with highly respected Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, and so she brings a sensibility about alternative healthcare methods to her work with our current clients. She joined TriStar Medical Clinic in 2004.

Lesley says, "I believe weight management is about learning new skills, being open to trying new ways of doing things, finding what works for you, and then committing to practicing those behaviors-for a lifetime. My goal is to help you feel comfortable inside your body, and to learn to eat a variety of foods that you enjoy and give you energy for living!"

Lesley Before Lesley's enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle is demonstrated by her own commitment to a vegan diet and many years of yoga practice.

After the birth of her second child, Lesley lost 65 lbs. on a partial meal replacement weight loss program.
