- Technical Lead
  * Led a software team ranging from 5 to 15 developers on a digital photofinishing fulfillment project for Qualex, a Kodak subsidiary
  * Worked with software support team, DBA team, network team, software build and distribution team in coordinating activities and working through issues
  * Designed and implemented a custom digital photofinishing fulfillment system. Implemented a servlet which received millions of digital orders in XML format over HTTPS from Qualex customer web sites
 * Developed backend service based processes running under Windows 2003 servers
 * Implemented JNI libraries for the interface between Java 
        application and C++ dynamic link libraries
 * Provided user interfaces to allow administration through a Java GUI, batch management through a Java GUI, order completion, search details and shipping, web-based reporting of WIP, order aging, and image viewing, order-entry of local orders through a Java applet, and a RMI service, and shipping label templates and logo images distribution through a Java application
  * Investigated new solutions to customer’s business needs and negotiated scope
