   Represented a developer of an 11 block urban development in Dallas including the financing, construction contract and leasing for a twenty story office building in the most recent phase of the project.
   
   On behalf of a fast growing technology company, negotiated the lease of approximately 200, 000 square feet for the relocation of its headquarters, along with a tax abatement agreement with the City of Richardson, and secured necessary zoning for an integration function at the new premises.

   Mr. Walts has acted as Course Director for Southern Methodist University's Real Estate CLE courses (1995-98), and is a past instructor in the Building Owner's Manager's Institute program. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Walts was a director for United Cerebral Palsy of Metropolitan Dallas.
