WPH Architecture, Inc. president Doug Walton announced today the firm has been named as Architect of Record for the 20 story METROPOLIS Lofts and Flats Condominium project at Desert Inn and Debbie Reynolds Drive. The project is being development by the Randall Davis Company of Houston, Texas.
