Bruce C. Walton

Fifty-three-year-old pilot Bruce Walton of Goochland County and 42-year-old co-pilot Jeffrey Stuart Wightman of Tappahannock also died, along with two others when they tried to land their Cessna C-560 jet in icy weather.

Names of the deceased were not officially released, but various parties confirmed that the victims included pilot Bruce Walton, 53, of Richmond, Va.; co-pilot Jeffrey Wightman, 42, of Tappahannock, Va.; Kyle Jeffrey Harmon, 26, an assistant buyer with Circuit City from Virginia; Aaron Iskowitz, also of Virginia, whose age and employment status were unknown; and Vincent Choe, 32, whose last known address was in New Jersey.

The Pueblo County Coroner's Office was still reviewing dental records of the victims and had not officially identified them, but various parties including relatives, friends and former employers confirmed that the victims included pilot Bruce Walton, 53, of Richmond, Va.; co-pilot Jeffrey Wightman, 42, of Tappahannock, Va.; Kyle Jeffrey Harmon, 26, an assistant buyer with Circuit City from Virginia; Aaron Iskowitz, also of Virginia, whose age and employment status were unknown; and Vincent Choe, 32, whose last known address was in New Jersey.

Officials confirmed the identities of seven of the eight killed in the crash: David Coffman, an employee in the Circuit City finance department, Kyle Harmon, an assistant purchaser for Circuit City, Aaron Iskowitz and Vincent D. Choe, both employed by Circuit City, Bruce Walton, pilot, and Jeff Wightman, co-pilot, both employed by Martinair Inc.,

Martinair Inc. of Richmond confirmed today that the pilot aboard the Cessna Citation that crashed in Pueblo, Colo., Wednesday was 53-year-old Bruce Walton.

Those who knew Walton professionally said he was an accomplished pilot who had flown for Southern States Cooperative Inc.
