Brooke Walton has ridden since the age of 5.At 12 she spent a week at Ann Kursinki's training with George Morris, all thanks to Lee Cone.At age 15 she moved to Camden, SC for an apprenticeship with Aaron Vale riding show and racehorses.As a junior she qualified for the local and national medal finals, catch rode numerous horses all over the country and was even invited to Monterrey, Mexico and Caracas, Venezuela to represent the United States.She attended Carson Newman College in Jefferson City Tennessee with a major in English and an Emphasis is Creative Writing while training with and working for Kim Burnette and Dennis Mitchell of Kimberden.She spent seasons riding racehorses at Classic Mile Track for Jimmy Miranda in Ocala.After college she returned home in 2003 to start Indigo Road.
