She said using telecommuters is one way the call center can competitively position itself to recruit a telephone sales staff.
"When we tried to recruit just in-house agents, it is competitive.We didn't find we had a problem getting these 158 agents, though, with telecommuting because there is no competitors that I'm aware of in the Nashville market," she said.
